Two different things are for sale. A seat buys the ability to build. Credits buy the compute that building and refreshing consume. Viewing is free and unlimited on every plan, with no per-viewer charges anywhere.

The four plans

Free

The whole product: build, chat, share, schedule refreshes. What is smaller is the amount. A monthly compute allowance, 3 dashboards you own, and 100 MB of attachment storage. Those two capacity numbers are stated plainly on purpose. “Free can do everything Pro can, just less of it” only stays honest if the less is visible. You can join any number of workspaces as a member without affecting this.

Pro

Ten times the compute allowance, unlimited dashboards, and 10 GB of storage. Pro also unlocks buying credit packs when you want more than the monthly allowance. The same allowances apply whether Pro is your own subscription or a builder seat a workspace pays for.

Team

Team is not a separate product. It is the shared-billing container. A Team workspace pays for the Pro licences its admin assigns, one per builder, plus whatever it funds into a shared pool.
  • Viewers are free and unlimited. Adding people who only read costs nothing.
  • There are no workspace-level capacity limits. Dashboards and storage are per-seat, so capacity grows by adding seats.
  • Admins set per-member spend limits. See Usage.

Enterprise

Team plus a flat platform fee that unlocks single sign-on, automated directory provisioning, and using your own model-provider API keys.
Enterprise never unmeters usage. An Enterprise workspace is metered exactly like a Team one.

Limits follow the licence, not the workspace

Your dashboard cap and storage quota attach to your licence. A viewer-seat member of a paid workspace holds free-tier capacity of their own, and a Pro builder carries Pro capacity into every workspace they belong to. This is why Settings → Usage is a personal section rather than a workspace one.

Changing plans

Pro is bought from Settings → Billing → Plans, and card details are entered on Stripe’s hosted checkout rather than in Vistazo. A Team admin assigns and removes seats from Settings → Members, and a seat added against a saved card takes effect immediately. Nothing is charged until checkout completes. Downgrading deletes nothing. Dashboards you own keep working and refreshing, and you keep Pro until the end of the billing period. If you own more than three dashboards after that, you can still open them all, but creating and editing pause until you archive back down.
